Great tutorial, thanks. I have just install Ubuntu 10.04 and evolution. Evolution 2.28.3 caldav solution works, but don’t be surpriesd that your http or https will be automaticly altered to caldav, so the Url will look something like this:

caldav://mailserver/dav/user@domain/CalendarName/

Thanks for this! I had it sort of working in Ubuntu 9.10 with Evolution 2.28, but it would crash anytime I tried to save an appointment and would only sometimes save it. I put in the ending / and now it works perfectly. Stupid things, but whatever it takes I guess

It works Fine also for my Evolution 2.28.0 usin OpenSUSE 11.2. Also don’t know how to do the same with to-do and contacts.
